The subject of my thesis was the Veterinary Hospital from the Veterinary College of the National University of La Plata.
For my thesis project, I made an entire development of pieces in order to lay out and build the identity of an institution.
Initially, I researched and gathered information about the institution and it's goals, purposes and needs.
Based on that, I set the guidelines on how to approach the design strategy, and which pieces of graphic communication where the most appropriates to fill the needs I had found.
Afterwards, I designed a brand for the Hospital, and a set of secondary brands for the main areas that take part in it.
I made a handbook in order to state the main aspects of the identity, and to establish rules and permissions for the brand's implementation.
Once the main brand was defined, I started developing the whole identity, and the pieces of graphic communication that had been planned.
I designed an app, a web page, instruction manuals, area maps, tri-fold brochures, icons sets, poster boards, food packaging, name tags, signposting, magazines, recipe books and banners, amongst other things.
